Michael Brown

Michael Brown currently serves as President and Founder of Seneca Creek Executive Search. In this role, he is responsible for the quality of the firm’s talent placement efforts. Michael has earned a national reputation for identifying and recruiting world-class talent on behalf of his clients. His responsibilities also include developing Seneca Creek’s recruiting strategies and building complex candidate-acquisition programs. Michael’s career in the Executive Search business began at Stephen James Associates a division of Allegis Group, the nation’s largest staffing firm, as an Executive Recruiter, where he first started working for Carl Wright, Stephen James Associates CEO. He played an active role in building the business and was recognized as the firm’s “Practice leader in Sales and Marketing Recruitment”. He focused on executing senior level assignments and creating new business development opportunities. He currently holds certifications with AIRS in CSR and CSSR. He has successfully filled over 85% of assignments during his career in the retained/contingent executive search business. Those searches required him to recruit C-level executives, mid-management professionals, and key individual contributors across the country. He has also assisted on national RPO projects. Michael resides in Venice, FL with his wife and two children. His community involvement includes: Member of St. Stephen Fathers Club, Boy Scouts of America, St. Stephen Parish Annual Carnival Committee, Youth Baseball Coach, Executive Committee Co-lead for Beans and Bread Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive. Outside of work, Michael squeezes in as much family time, sport fishing, triathlon training and mountain-biking as work-life balance allows.

Jade Youngquist is a seasoned Direct Placement Recruiter with over 15 years of experience in identifying and placing top-tier executive talent across a wide range of industries and markets. As Director of Recruiting at Seneca Creek Executive Search, he plays a central role in driving the firm’s national recruiting strategy and delivering consistently exceptional outcomes for clients. Jade is known for his deep expertise in talent acquisition, critical research, and relationship building. His approach is defined by integrity, transparency, and a commitment to quality over quantity. He specializes in sourcing high-performing leaders who not only meet role requirements but also align with the strategic goals and culture of each organization. Since joining Seneca Creek in 2015, Jade has helped expand the firm’s footprint beyond the Baltimore/Washington area into Southern Florida and beyond. His ability to quickly understand complex hiring needs and deliver candidates who can make a lasting impact has made him a trusted partner to executive teams nationwide. Earlier in his career, Jade held recruiting and business development roles at firms such as Impact Consulting Services, InterConnecta, and The McGehrin Group, and worked as a Medical Research Analyst at IMV Medical Information Division. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Montana and is an active volunteer with the Special Olympics.
